Hunter's Bundle will accept returns of items provided they are in the original, unopened packaging, or will refund or replace goods damaged in shipment or that is deemed defective from the manufacturer. When returning a purchase to Hunter's Bundle for any reason, you must first contact us and obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
Only unopened manufacturer packages returned within 14 days will be accepted for a full refund minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
Damages that occur in shipping should be reported within 10 days of receipt. If the damages result in the need for replacement, a replacement will be shipped free of shipping and handling fees after the returned item is received. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping on the damaged item. If after investigation, the shipper or manufacturer are responsible for said damages, the return shipping cost will be credited back to the purchaser.
Merchandise that is received defective must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is not included. The customer will be shipped a new undamaged item free of shipping and handling fees.
Merchandise that becomes defective at a later date should be returned to the manufacturer per the manufacturer’s return/warranty policy.
